Patients with no other dental coverage are qualified to apply for our in office dental plan. No health restrictions. Participants are eligible upon payment of the enrollment fee. This plan is administered solely by the office of Emery & Scuro DMD, PC. Dental procedures completed or performed before or after a member’s eligibility period are excluded.
